The results demonstrated that intra-articular injection of mesenchymal stem cells is safe for treating knee osteoarthritis, significantly improving both the Koos scores and knee cartilage thickness, thereby confirming the potential of stem cell therapy in alleviating osteoarthritis symptoms.
